THREE-PHASED IMPLEMENTATION STRATEGY
1. QUANTIFICATION OF OPPORTUNITIES
Sourcing, Training & Placing of Community Development Leaders in Schools and/or other platforms
Establishing Community Development Leaders (CDL) is the first process behind the Education Connection Program. The CDL is sourced, selected & trained to initiate the full AASA program in a school or any other engagement platform. They create platforms of influence for large, medium and small group engagements.
2. QUALIFICATION OF THE CHILD
Implementing the AASA Training & Developmental program for the Job Market – Able Leader
These processes are an In-school and Out-school combination. It is the synergy of both that makes this Program complete and effective. We have established good relationships with schools and community leaders. We use various platforms of engagements to support and train the three main Child Influencers namely: Peers, Parents and Teachers.
The result is a Job Market – Able Leader (JML) with the ability to stand upright in who he/she is, dedication to good relationships with others, parents and teachers. This young leader has an attractive and accurate profile of a singular standard and sound character.
3. MANAGE THE JOB MARKETABLE LEADER
Establish and Market a source pool of young LEADERS
The Job Market – Able Leader (JML) is ready to be released into the economic opportunities or create their own opportunities in a community. The tracking of the JML is an important process and the data captured enables Education Connection to connect the right JML with a suitable company or any economic opportunities.
AREAS OF ENGAGEMENT
We believe ENGAGEMENT to be the key in child development. Engagement between 2 people puts responsibility on both parties to be committed in their own transformation. Therefore, we have created various platforms from which we implement different developmental and leadership programs focused on children and their parents. We also engage with school teachers & principals. We understand the full spectrum of groups of influence which are responsible to develop a child namely: Peers, Parents & Teachers.
We have structured our engagements according to the level of impact:
Large Group (group size > 50)
Medium Group (group size 15-50)
Small Group (groups size < 15)
Events (mixed group)
